Dark Harvest Records was founded in 2006 by former Worst Case Scenario drummer, Daniel Paris. From touring and seeing so many unsigned bands that where just as good if not better than alot of signed bands,Daniel decided to start his own label and give some of these bands the opportunity to reach a wider audience and another step up in the industry.

We are always looking for new talent to release, so please feel free to send us your demos. No need to send anything fancy. Simply send us your music (cd format is preferred), bio, tour history, and any press you may have on your band, and mail them to us.

:: Do you accept unsolicited material?
Yes. We are always looking for new and talented artists. Please see the demo submission guidelines. Please keep in mind that we are an extreme metal and hardcore label. So your soft pop rock band might not get a well received response.
| :: Will you advertize in our magazine/website?
That all depends. We are always looking for new advertising outlets, but we would like to see it first. We require you to send us a copy of the magazine or link to your site for review. Please include your rates, circulation/visits per month, and advertisement specs. Please send all information to Jason @ jason@darkharvestrecords.com.
| :: If I sign up for the 7th Level Program, does that mean we are signed to DHR?
No. By signing up for the 7th Level Consignment Program, that simply means you are giving us music to sell on your behalf. You have no obligation to DHR and vice-versa except what is laid out in the consignment agreement.
| :: Where can I find your releases? Are they available in retail stores?
Our releases are available in retails stores throughout the US and Canada. We are distributed by The End Records and Super D Distribution. If you do not see one of our titles in your favorite mom and pop music store, please just ask them to order it, as it is readily available. Our titles are also available on CD Baby.com, Itunes, Napster, Rhapsody and other digital download sites. You can also order your favorite titles directly from Dark Harvest by visiting our on-line mailorder store. We feature all of the DHR artists as well as titles from other extreme metal artists.
