Starting off with a Bay-Area blueprint Inquested increase the technical levels, add some progressive elements, and throw in some oddball ideas and interludes leaving "The Red Chambers" sounding like a cross between "…And Justice For All" era Metallica, "Rust In Peace" era Megadeth, "Cowboys From Hell" era Pantera and "Killing Technology" era Voivod, topped off with melodic solos that would sound quite at home on a power metal album and vocals that waver curiously between those of James Hetfield and Dave Mustaine.
